Terms
Terms and conditions
Please read these terms before using the quayline.net website or Quayline's services. By booking a conversation or accepting an offer, you agree to them.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. About these terms
Quayline (“we”) builds software for companies, from Romania: internal tools, AI agents, automation and software from scratch. Quayline is, for now, a working name.
These terms govern the use of the website and the relationship between us and the companies we work with (“you”).
2. Using the website
The information on the website is general. The binding offer is the one you receive in writing. The prototypes and concepts shown on the website are demonstrations, not systems in use at clients.
3. Our services
We work in three steps, described on the homepage:
- A free 30-minute conversation: you tell us where time is lost in your company, and we tell you honestly whether we can help. The conversation does not commit you to anything.
- A diagnostic session: half a day with the people who do the work, on a single process, followed end to end. Within 5 working days you receive a document you keep, even if we do not work together.
- A small pilot with one team: we build for a single team and run the solution alongside your current process. We go further only if it helps.
The exact content of each service, the timelines and what we deliver are confirmed in the offer you receive before we start. If the offer and these terms say different things, the offer applies.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are set for each company and given to you in the offer, before any commitment. Payment is made by invoice, under the conditions in the offer.
5. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds
- A meeting can be rescheduled free of charge if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancelling the diagnostic session at least 48 hours in advance: full refund.
- Cancelling less than 48 hours in advance: free move to another date.
- If we have to reschedule, we let you know as early as possible and agree a new date together.
5.1. Our guarantee for the diagnostic session
If after the diagnostic session you feel you did not get what we promised, tell us within 7 days and we will give you your money back.
6. Intellectual property
6.1. Website content
The texts, images and other materials on the website belong to Quayline and may not be copied or distributed without our written consent.
6.2. Your software and your data
The software built for your company and your data belong to you, as set out in the accepted offer. We keep the right to continue using our general methods, templates and know-how, without your company's data or information.
7. Working together and confidentiality
For the diagnostic and the pilot to deliver results, please give us the examples and access agreed, and take part in the meetings together with the people who do the work in question.
Everything we learn about your company remains confidential. On request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the first meeting.
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy and our Cookie policy.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability for a piece of work is limited to the amount paid for that work, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of business opportunities or profit.
10. No guarantee of results
The software we build prepares the work, and the people in the company decide. We do not guarantee specific business results (sales, profit or savings), because these also depend on factors we do not control. What has changed is measured together, before and after.
11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failing to meet its obligations because of events it cannot reasonably control (natural disasters, pandemics, major outages of internet or power services). In such cases we inform each other and agree a new date together.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably. If we cannot, it is settled by the competent courts in Romania. Consumers may also contact ANPC, the Romanian consumer protection authority, or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For work that has already started, the terms in force on the date the offer was accepted apply. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
