Cookie policy

In short: quayline.net sets no cookies, does not measure traffic and uses no marketing pixels. The website keeps in your browser only the language you chose.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage (local storage and session storage), also let a website remember information between pages or between visits.

This policy complies with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, and the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC).

The website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or marketing cookies. The images and files of the website are served from our own server, and no external service that sets cookies is embedded in the website.

When you choose a language from the language menu, the website saves your choice in the browser's local storage under the name “ql-lang”. The value is only the language code (for example “en”), so that we show you pages in the same language on your next visit. It stays there until you delete it from your browser or choose another language.

To avoid redirecting you more than once, the website may also save a temporary marker, “ql-noredir”, in the browser's session storage. It is deleted automatically when you close the tab.

This information stays in your browser, is not sent to us and does not identify you. It is strictly necessary for the function you asked for, so it does not require consent.

The contact form works without saving anything in your browser. The message is sent securely, through Cloudflare, to our internal systems. Details in the Privacy policy.

We do not use any. We do not measure visitor behaviour with Google Analytics or similar tools.

We do not use any. There is no Meta Pixel, Google Ads or other advertising tool on the website.

Because we use no cookies or other technologies that need your consent, we do not show a consent banner. If we ever add analytics or marketing tools, we will ask for your consent first, through a banner, and update this page.

  • You can delete the data saved by the website at any time in your browser settings, in the section about privacy and site data.
  • You can block local storage and cookies in your browser settings. The website still works normally; only your chosen language will no longer be remembered.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
