This page describes how we could work in this industry. It is not a client list and it does not promise results.

What we build, concretely

Workflows we build

Six processes we see again and again in service companies. For each one: how it looks today, what we build, and what you could see after the first week of use.

  • Scheduling and dispatch

    Today
Appointments live in a notebook, a spreadsheet or one person's head.
    What we build
A shared calendar for office and teams: who goes where, when, and with what.
What you could see after the first week
The week's appointments in one place, seen by everyone involved.
  • Job sheets and service reports

    Today
The job sheet is written on paper, then someone types it up in the office.
    What we build
The job sheet completed on a phone or tablet, at the customer or on board, with photos and parts.
What you could see after the first week
The first job sheets reaching the office the same day, without re-typing.
  • Files and deadlines (inspections, periodic checks, certificates)

    Today
Deadlines are tracked in spreadsheets, and documents are searched for in folders and inboxes.
    What we build
A file for each customer or piece of equipment, with deadlines and a reminder before they fall due.
What you could see after the first week
The coming months' deadlines gathered in one list.
  • Invoicing after the job

    Today
The invoice waits until someone adds up hours, parts and travel by hand.
    What we build
A finished job sends its hours and parts on to invoicing or to your accounting software.
What you could see after the first week
Finished but uninvoiced jobs visible at a glance.

These are examples, not promises. We start from the way you work and build only what is useful to you.

How we start

Three steps, from a conversation to a pilot

We do not ask you to change anything at the start. We begin with a conversation and one process.

  1. A free 30-minute conversation

You tell us where time is lost in your company. We tell you honestly whether we can help.

  2. A diagnostic session

Half a day with the people who do the work. We follow one process from the first step to the last.

    • We talk to the people in the field and in the office, not only to management
    • One process, followed end to end
    • Within 5 working days you receive a document you keep, even if we do not work together
  3. A small pilot with one team

We build for a single team and run it alongside your current process. We go further only if it helps.

Next step

Bring us one process

You do not need a specification or a plan. A description of how the work happens today, and where it costs the most time, is enough to start a conversation.
